The 60s

The 60s saw a much more liberal, daring approach to fashion, boasting colorful fabrics and bold designs. The new trend was called Mod fashion and it was was slim fitting and featured bold geometric shapes. The hippie movement exerted a strong influence on ladies' clothing styles, including bell-bottom jeans,tie-dye, and batik fabrics, as well as paisley print and go-go boots.
